On April 25, 2024, the International Cooperation Office at Misurata University oversaw the inauguration of the IELTS Center at the Faculty of Arts, Misurata University. The event was attended by the university president, Professor Dr. Mohamed Aldanfour, and Mr. Mark Knight, the Regional Operations Manager at the British Council.
This opening was part of the programs offered by the office, aiming to sign a cooperation agreement aimed at developing human capabilities and enhancing learning and development opportunities in the region.
The cooperative protocol was signed during the event in the presence of the university`s Vice President for Humanities Colleges, Dr. Mustafa Alshaoush, and the General Secretary, Mr. Ali Alseriti, along with several senior officials from the university, the British Council, college deans, and academic centers. Following the opening, the delegation toured the Faculty of Arts and the IELTS Center, equipped with the latest technologies to accommodate students seeking to improve their language skills.
