Second appointment this morning for the Libyan partners of @IbtikarProject in order to follow the #online #training addressed to administrative staff in the field of WP3 focused, today, on "Communication of Science (for society) and Transfer of Scientific Knowledge (to private companies and public organizations)" with Daniel Faiões and Hugo Vilela from the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro.
